1. About the Service

Pronto Parrot is a digital asset conversion and M-Pesa disbursement service operated by Yoike Solutions Ltdy.. We convert your USDC to KES and deliver to your M-Pesa wallet.

Pronto Parrot is a virtual asset off-ramp service. We do not provide money remittance, money transfer, or cross-border payment services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must hold a valid Kenyan national ID or passport
  • You must complete KYC verification
  • You must have a valid, registered Safaricom M-Pesa account

3. Acceptable Use

Users may receive and convert digital assets within the published limits. You agree to use Pronto Parrot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Conversion Limits

  • $100 to $500 per conversion
  • $500 weekly limit per account
  • $2000 monthly limit per account
  • Maximum 5 conversions per day

5. Fees

The following fees apply to all conversions:

  • Service fee: Tiered based on amount ($7 to $11)
  • Government levy: 15% excise duty on the service fee, as mandated by Kenyan law
  • Exchange rate spread: 2% applied to the market rate

6. No Reversal Policy

Once KES is delivered to your M-Pesa, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed. Please verify all details before confirming a conversion.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and KYC
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. AML/CFT Compliance

Yoike Solutions Ltdy. reserves the right to refuse, delay, or report any conversion that triggers our anti-money laundering monitoring systems. We may request additional information or documentation at any time.

9. Regulatory Status

Yoike Solutions Ltdy. operates as a Virtual Asset Payment Processor registered under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2025, regulated by the Capital Markets Authority / Central Bank of Kenya.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
